<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s not a knock against him at all, it&#8217;s just the way things are looking and going,&#8221; Berube said Tuesday morning, when asked about the possibility of David Kampf entering the lineup. &#8220;That&#8217;s why I&#8217;ve stuck with what I&#8217;ve stuck with.
